Shiu mai

Oh how I love shiu mai! My brother loves them to bits as well and this is a must-eat dish when we go out for dim sum. They are quite easy to make, but I've heard my aunt's friend complaining that the bottom part of the shiu mai collapses after it is cooked. Anyone having the same problem?

I posted the same thing on my other blog.. hehe... I'd prefer if the picture is more vibrant. The colour looks washed out. Hmm...
